For those of you who have forgotten your Central and South American geography (as I am getting a lot of questions)...here is a refresher. A few things of note:
- CR is at the same longitude as Florida
- NM/CO is about 20-25 degrees longitude west of CR
- CR is actually south of the northern tip of South America
- CR is waaay south of the 23.5 degree N tropic of Cancer (so we are solidly in the Cancer zone..ohhh)

Thanks for the geography lesson, but why aren't you in the Eastern time zone???
Who knows. I think it would be better if CR bounced between Eastern and Central (by not changing at all)...but hell if they asked me!
