Cutting her some slack ... I am thinking that Mom grabbed her top to pack for the trip and she had to resort to dancing half naked. NO?!?
I honestly can't remember why she is topless but I am guessing she spilled on her top and it went to the laundry. She didn't get a new one because it was too close to bath so why bother, right?!?!?
